Strengthening Director Oversight in Today's Challenging Environment December 15-16, 2011 Grandover Resort Greensboro, NC
This all-new agenda for Advanced Directors College will focus on important Board of Director issues in today's challenging environment.
Participants will gain practical knowledge on these core topics:
*What Does Community Bank of the Future Look Like?
*Managing Capitol in Today's Environment
*Oversight of Information Security and Privacy: Questions Directors Should Ask
*Economic Update: National and North Carolina Outlook
*Understanding Emerging Challenges Related to Consumer Compliance
*Regulator Perspectives on Managing the Balance Sheet.
Who Should Attend? Anyone serving on the board of directors of a North Carolina Bank. The all new agenda means this session is appropriate for prior attendees.
Cost: $595 for registrations by November 30th, $650 otherwise. Registration includes all program materials, cocktail reception on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.
Length of Workshop: Thursday, December 15th - 1:00 pm - 5:15pm; cocktail reception to follow Friday, December 16th - 8:30 am - 12:15 pm
