Event Description
This entirely new agenda for Advanced Directors College will focus on emerging developments in the economy and their impact for the banking industry in North Carolina and what boards are doing to stay abreast. This high level forum for North Carolina state-chartered bank boards of directors offers attendees a setting to interact with leading banking executives and leaders, board governance experts, and fellow bank director colleagues on effective board oversight processes in light of the rapidly changing business environment and emerging regulatory requirements. Sessions will closely examine best practices, tools, and techniques for boards in today’s challenging economy.

Who Should Attend? Anyone serving on the board of directors of a North Carolina Bank. The all new agenda means this session is appropriate for prior attendees.
Cost: $595 for registrations by April 9th, $650 otherwise. Registration includes all program materials, cocktail reception on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.
